Lateness:

1. All Umpires must be on the field and prepared for Ground Rules at least
ten (10) minutes before the scheduled start of each game.

2. Any Umpire will be considered "late" if they have arrived on the field with
less than ten (10) minutes to go before the scheduled start time of their assigned game.

Penalties:

First Offense: E-mail/Phone Conference Warning  (Assignor)
 
Second Offense: (7) Day Suspension 
 
Third Offense: (21) Day Suspension
 
Fourth Offense: Removal from TSE Umpires Association for a period of one year, after which application may be made to the Disciplinary Board for possible reinstatement.

No-Shows:

Any Umpire who fails to arrive for his scheduled assignment is deemed to be a "no show". In addition, any umpire who shows up one hour after the scheduled start time of a game will also be considered a "no show".

Penalties:

First Offense: (7) Day Suspension

Second Offense: (21) Day Suspension

Third Offense: Removal from TSE Umpires Association for a period of one year, after which application may be made to the Disciplinary Board for possible reinstatement.
